The answer is yes! Hurts though. Hahaha. I have done a series of squats today. A few different numbers. 20 was my highest in one go, but for the most part I tend to be able to do 12. That is until my legs feel like jelly and I am out of breath. Didn't realize squats were such hard work. wow. Once starting this exercise I can see that it can be like what they say. My stomach area hurts and feels tighter just by one day. wow. Hopefully I will go from flab to fab in no time flat.

Trying to lose weight day 1
Hey all I am Halie! I am 250 pounds, 5'8'' and my doctor says I am overweight.... okay she says I am morbidly obese. Seriously, not kind. Well I am getting sick of having a it look like I have a beer belly or that I am pregnant. I have a freaking gut so I avoid swimsuits and anywhere showing off my skin as I don't want to feel fat or see my fat jiggle. So I am going to try to lose the weight.
I saw this 100 squats a day thing on right this minute (tv show, also online at rightthisminute.com) and decided I will give that a try. As today is day one.... I figured out something already. I can't do 100 anything in one go. unless it is nachos, calories or chocolate. Mmmm, chocolate. hahaha. So I decided for a fatty like me I am gonna break it up until I get enough stamina to do 100 a day. I have broken it up to 8 sets of 12 and one set of 4. Meaning I will do 12 squats at random 8 times a day and once of 4. If I can do more I will and record the number.
I am keeping this blog for all the people out there like me who are not skinny minnies and want to try stuff like this. I wonder how it will go.

seriously it looks like an easy and cool way.
